Meet The Team
Silas Capell
Silas graduated from Oregon State University in June 2024 with a BS in Finance. He now has 4 years of window and gutter cleaning experience. Silas is the head of operations in the Willamette Valley and is the CFO for Valley Boy's Window & Gutter Cleaning LLC.
Jack Chlumak
Jack graduated with a BS in Business Management from the University of Alaska Anchorage in May 2024. In Alaska, he worked for a highly experienced window washing and gutter cleaning team gaining valuable insight into the industry before starting this company in Oregon. He is now pursuing his masters and basketball career at Southern Oregon University, running our services in Ashland and the rest of Rogue Valley.
August Guyette
Gus' good nature and love for people is admirable in character and powerful in business. He was the primary investor for Valley Boy's inception, and now, alongside Silas, manages our services across the Willamette Valley and the surrounding area.
